Live simply, speak little and let the heart be full of remembrance

Sri Radha Ma

Sri Radha Ma (1911–2010) was a Hindu saint deeply devoted to the path of self-inquiry taught by Bhagavan Ramana Maharshi. Born in Bengal, she was drawn to spiritual life early and eventually came to Arunachala, where she lived in proximity to Ramana. Her life was marked by simplicity, silence, and unwavering surrender. Radha Ma embodied the essence of Ramana’s teaching—turning inward to the source of “I”—and radiated peace and compassion to seekers who approached her. She emphasized humility, devotion, and the direct experience of the Self beyond words. Her presence continues to inspire aspirants toward inner stillness and realization.
