The Bhaga of Bhagavan

The six celestial splendours ( Bhaga ) of Krishna ( Bhagavan) , known as the six opulences, are described in Sanskrit as follows:

  1. Aishvarya (ऐश्वर्य) – Wealth
  2. Vīrya (वीर्य) – Strength
  3. Yashas (यशस्) – Fame
  4. Śhrī (श्री) – Beauty
  5. Jñāna (ज्ञान) – Wisdom
  6. Vairāgya (वैराग्य) – Renunciation

These terms encapsulate the divine qualities that make Krishna the Supreme Personality of Godhead.
