A Comprehensive Guide for Clients

Step 1: Selecting the Coaching Option

The first step for an interested client is to choose the “Life Coaching” option from various available services such as yoga, counselling, career guidance, therapy, travel planning, and more.

Step 2: Scheduling an Appointment

Once the life coaching option is selected, the client can schedule an appointment with the coach based on the available dates in the calendar.

Step 3: Calendar Integration

After selecting an appointment slot, the booking will automatically be added to both the client’s and the coach’s calendars.

Step 4: Reminders

Two reminders will be scheduled:

  • One day before the session
  • One hour before the session

Step 5: Pre-Session Preparation

Prior to the first coaching call, the client is encouraged to complete an assessment or intake form. The link to this form will be provided upon scheduling the appointment.

Step 6: The First Coaching Call (Session Zero)

The initial coaching call, referred to as “Session Zero,” will take place on either Zoom or Microsoft Teams. A link to join the call will be provided. This session is designed to establish the foundation for the self-mastery coaching journey.

Session Zero: Establishing Goals, Expectations, and Boundaries

During Session Zero, the foundation of the coaching relationship is set. This session includes the following:

  • Coaching Agreement: The coaching agreement is shared with the client. This document outlines the terms and conditions, as well as the boundaries to be respected during the coaching sessions. The client is required to review and sign this agreement before proceeding.
  • Session Options: Based on the initial discussions, it is determined whether the client will engage in one-on-one sessions or opt for a group coaching program. The coach assesses the client’s needs and preferences to ensure the best fit.
  • Payment Processing: Once the client is selected for the coaching program, they are sent a payment link. The payment should be made according to the chosen coaching option. This could be a single session or a 12-session program. Payment confirms the client’s commitment and secures their spot in the program.
  • Scheduling the Coaching Sessions: Coaching sessions are scheduled based on mutual agreement and convenience. Each session will be one hour long, with clear objectives established for each meeting. The timings are decided jointly to ensure both the client and the coach can fully participate without conflicts.

By following these steps, clients can seamlessly navigate through the technical formalities and prepare themselves for an effective and beneficial coaching experience.


Coaching Program: Conducting the Sessions and Follow-Up

Step 1: Conducting the Coaching Sessions

Each session will have:

  • Clear objectives: Goals for each session will be outlined and agreed upon to measure progress.
  • Understanding the importance: The significance of each objective will be discussed to ensure clarity and motivation.
  • Session conclusion: Each session will end with a summary of key points and takeaways.

Step 2: Feedback and Assessment

Feedback forms will be provided at the end of each session for single sessions. For a 12-session program, feedback forms will be given every 3 to 6 sessions based on the client’s needs. These forms allow the coach to assess the client’s learnings and growth, as well as gather any additional comments the client may have.

Step 3: Utilizing the Handbook or Workbook

Clients will receive a digital handbook or workbook to document their observations, track their growth, and journal their objectives. This resource is an integral part of the coaching process and helps clients stay organized and reflective throughout the program.

Step 4: Closure Call

At the end of the coaching program, a closure call will be scheduled. This final session will provide an opportunity to review the overall progress, celebrate achievements, discuss any remaining questions, and plan the next steps for continuity of care.
