The Breath Returns

Where Everything Begins Again

Most people come to yoga looking for flexibility, strength, calm, or healing.

Yet the first thing we meet is something much simpler.

Breath.

Not as a technique. Not as something to control.

But as something that quietly remains.

The breath is always arriving in the present moment. It brings attention back from yesterday’s regrets and tomorrow’s worries. It reminds us that we are already here.

Over the years I have noticed that many difficulties become easier when attention returns to breathing. Not because the problems disappear, but because awareness returns.

This doorway explores the experience of beginning again.

Again and again.

Not through effort. But through attention.
