When You Feel Stuck

Sometimes nothing is holding you back.
Yet nothing moves.

The same thoughts return.
The same reactions repeat – often in Emotions or through familiar Patterns in mind.
The same decisions remain where they are.

Effort continues, but movement does not.

It is easy to assume that more effort is needed.
That pushing harder will create progress – especially in work, where movement is expected.

But not all stuckness comes from lack of effort.

Some of it comes from patterns that have not yet been seen clearly.
From movements that continue automatically, without awareness.

What feels like resistance is not always something to overcome.
Sometimes it is something to understand.

Movement does not always begin by doing more.
Sometimes it begins by seeing what is already repeating—and no longer needs to.

And sometimes, that seeing deepens through a quieter kind of Awareness.
