Bholanath Barooah was deeply committed to the Assamese society, culture, and literature A. He played a significant role in the Renaissance of the Assamese community during the colonial period. He believed in giving back to society by supporting educational institutions and promoting Assamese culture and literature A. His contributions to the Prince of Wales Institute of Engineering and Technology (POWIET) and B. Borooah College are reflections of his dedication to these values.
