Three Pillars of everyday life

Good morning everyone. Three pillars of everyday life – Your food, your movement, your sleep. The food we consume makes us, gives us the form and the shape we take. Food is our medicine, so feed yourself and listen to the signals from the body. Everything in moderation is alright. Always keep moving. Pursue an active lifestyle so every cell in your body moves when you move. Let the oxygen in your blood reach every part of your body. We can heal ourselves. Also, rest is as important as movement. So live a conscious life. Be aware of your unresolved thoughts and incomplete conversations. Every thought you carry manifests itself in your physical form and posture. And for every moment, there is one posture when we receive the energy around us in the best way. Find that one posture that allows us to receive life the way it is presented to us. Life is all about finding that balance between rest and movement. So stay fit. Stay fabulous. Inhale as if you want all the energy around to get inside you.
