Three types of excercise
- Run away from Tigers ( Cardio ) – Only bone/joint damage, time wastage. Ejection fraction is key.
- DO HIIT for 15 minutes.
- RE-HIIT – Reduced Exertion High Intensity Interval Training. 3 times a week workout for 5 minutes per day. Sprint for 30 sec to 1 minute and then Lie down on your back. Lying gives your quicker recovery because the heart is parallel to the floor and does not have to pump against gravity. V02 Max is the measure for your cardio fitness.
