The People Who Arrived For A Season

Not every relationship is meant to last forever.

Some people enter our lives for a specific period.

A project.

A journey.

A stage of growth.

A season of change.

For a long time, I associated meaningful relationships with permanence.

Now I see them differently.

Some of the most influential people in my life were present only briefly.

Yet their presence changed something.

They taught a lesson.

Offered a perspective.

Created an opportunity.

Supported a transition.

The duration of a relationship does not always determine its value.

Some friendships remain for a lifetime.

Others complete their purpose and naturally evolve or fade.

Both can be meaningful.

Perhaps wisdom involves appreciating people while they are present rather than measuring relationships only by how long they last.
