Some friendships arrive quietly.
There is no dramatic beginning.
No clear moment where the relationship becomes important.
Yet over time, certain people leave a lasting imprint on our lives.
When I reflect on my journey, I realise that many of my biggest shifts did not come from books, courses or events.
They came from conversations.
People who challenged my assumptions.
People who listened without judgment.
People who offered perspective at the right moment.
People who believed in me when I doubted myself.
Friendships are rarely measured by the amount of time spent together.
Some friends are present daily.
Others appear only occasionally.
Yet their influence remains.
Looking back, I see that friendships are not only about companionship.
They help shape who we become.
Perhaps one of life’s greatest gifts is finding people who walk beside us during different chapters of our journey.
